Abstract

nformation and Communication Technologies have inspired every sphere of our life.
Various technological devices like personal computers, internet, and mobile phones etc. have
entered in our personal life and established themselves in our everyday lives. All around the world
Muslim families not only communicate and deals with each other through these devices their
personal and economic matters but they are using these devices religious matters like marriage
and its relevant issues. This article deals with the marriage issues which are created by
information and communication technologies and evaluated these issues in the light of Quran and
Sunnah. According the writer, information and communication technologies can also be used for
marriage matters but Shariah imposes a few terms and conditions which should be followed to
Muslim families.
