Abstract

Family is an essential need of every human being, without which no one can survive properly. Islam provides detailed guidelines to make family unit by a bond called NIKAH. Islam assures that family life should be developed on strong, durable and energetic basis, in this regard, it gives the right of choice to both spouses. The concent of each partener is considered compulsory, so this couple may bring forth a blissful relationship in society. If personal life is satisfied than he or she can play role in the upbringing of beautiful society, and a disturbed person cannot play well. In Islam, merriage bond is legalized by witness and Wali. This study will focuss to highlight the   Women’s Rihgt in the Merriage Contract and analyse the different opinion about this issue and will suggest the best one in contemporary era.
