Abstract

Allāmah Ghulām Rasūl Sa’īdī: A Well-Known Islamic Scholar, 
Exegetist of the Qur’ān and Ḥadīth of This Century. He wrote on many 
contemporary issues regarding Islamic jurisprudence in his famous book of tafsīr 
“Tibyān Al-Qur'ān”. He solved most of the modern issues according to Islamic 
jurisprudence in the light of Qur’ān and Ḥadīth related to Ṣalāh, Zakāt, observing 
fast with injection etc. He also discussed about family planning law of state and 
Islam. He touched modern as well as old sources of authentic knowledge. All 
these issues are the main topics of this article.
