امت مسلمہ کی بیداری اور تعمیر و ترقی کی مالی بنیادیں

Abstract

اس حقیقت سے انکار ممکن نہیں کہ معاش انسان کا نہ صرف بنیادی مسئلہ ہے بلکہ اس کی حیات اور بقاء کا دارومدار ہی اس پہ ہے معیشت سے مراد وہ ذرائع ہیں جن کے ذریعہ زندگی بسر کی جائے۔ اسی لیے ابن منظور نے معاش کو ہی زندگی قرار دیا ہے۔ لکھتے ہیں:

                عَاشَ یَعِیْشُ عَیْشًا وَمَعَاشًا: العیش: الحیاۃ۔ موصوف نے لفظ “معاش” کے حیات پر مبنی معنی کی توضیح کے لیے ایک شعر سے استدلال کیا ہے جو ابوداؤد نے اپنے والد کے سوال کہ ، مالذی أعَاشَکَ بَعْدِیْ (میرے بعد کون سی چیز تمہیں زندہ رکھے گی) کے جواب میں سنایا تھا۔ شعر کچھ یوں ہے: أَعَاشَنِیْ بعدک وادمبقل… آکِلُ مِنْ حَوْذَانِہِ وَاَنْسِلُ۔۱؎

مجھے زندہ رکھے گی آپ کے بعد سبزیوں پہ مشتمل ایک وادی، میں اس وادی کا حوذان تناول کروں گا اور خوب صاحب اولاد ہوں گا۔
