Abstract

The contemporary usury economic system is capitalism in which human relations, social pacts and dealings are done on the basis of capital. Due to the prevailing ghost of the capital on the society, only the capital is considered as the basis of all tasks. There is no fear of killing the humanity for the protection of their political and economic benefits under this system. Two world Great Wars were fought among the European investors whose goal was to gain only capitalistic benefits, are the evidence of this claim. The factor behind present military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan was also to occupy the economic resources. To fulfill material and spiritual needs of humanity, to make this world a place of peace, there is only the power of Islamic economic system whose success has been experienced in human society in the past. In this article, there is presented introduction of capitalism, its history and impacts on contemporary universal politics. The scholarly work on this topic will offer a strong defense of Islam and the Islamic economic system.
