Abstract

Islamic fiqh based on mutual partnership. In which few This Article is described 
titually according to Islami people own mutual businessy (money,luggage 
ect)and they all do their business mutually and they are partners in profit and 
loss.These days it is a custom that people do busness or trade with 
cooperation.Groups have their share which are either tow or more according to 
their right.Some time one group has more money in investment and second one 
have comparatively less money or either a person takes part in trade which 
starts beforehand in this way different people will have their share and this right 
is searched a according to Islamic Fiqh that this business and mutual partnership 
is right or not and how many groups will have as much share?Imam Ahmad Raza 
has described problems of partnership according to Fiqh Al Islimi.Other than 
share companies and share holders problem are also explained.
