Abstract

One of the major issues that have arisen in the recent pilgrimage to Hajj, due to the recent conflict, is the justification and non-validity of the transfer of  Maqam e Ibrahim. Is this the place where Maqam e Ibrahim was placed in the prophecy, or did Umar e Faroq(رضی اللہ عنہ) move him from a fixed place to the present place? Then on this basis, the issue was presented whether or not today. In the future, there will be situations where Maqam e Ibrahim's ability to remain in his place causes harm or concern for worshipers or pilgrims. Change its place in the appropriate decision or not? Therefore different views with the evidence and analysis of contemporary scholars have been given to justify priority.
