The Remedy of Pessimism in the light of the Qur’ān and Sunnah

We are facing different problems in our national life. Among them increasing frustration is a core problem of our society, which is very dangerous with reference to individual & collective development. In order to prevent ourselves from frustration we usually depend upon the opinion of psychiatrist & psychological treatment. Islam presents the solution of each problem of human being. Therefore it is essential to consult Islamic Ideology for solution and treatment of frustration besides its treatment through medicines and psychological methods. This paper is focused on causes of frustration, its consequences and eradication of frustration in the light of Islamic Ideology (Qura'an and Sunnah).
