دور الوقف في تعزيز التقدم المعرفي
Abstract
فإن الوقف من أجل أعمال الخير، ومن أفضل القُرب التي تقرب إلى الله تعالى، ومن أعظم أوجه البر التي أمر الله سبحانه بفعلها في محكم تنزيله فقال "وافعلوا الخير لعلكم تفلحون" (الآية 77 من الحج).,
ومن الأعمال الجارية التي جاءت في حديث المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إذا مات الانسان انقطع عمله إلا من ثلاثة: إلا من صدقة جارية أو علم ينتفع به أو ولد صالح يدعو له" ([i]).
وهو من أسمى الأنظمة الاقتصادية التي ساهمت ببناء المجتمعات الإسلامية على مر العصور، ولبنة اساسية في بناء الحضارة الإسلامية، ومن أهم وسائل التقدم العلمي والفكري والمعرفي والثقافي، وأنجح وسيلة لاستمرار المؤسسات العلمية والثقافية في أداء وظيفتها ورسالتها، والسبب الرئيسي لأغلب الانجازات العلمية والحضارية المختلفة في تاريخ البشرية.
