The Islamic movement for translation of Arabic heritage into Urdu has received great attention among scholars and thinkers during the recent period to transfer knowledge and sciences from other languages to Urdu language. As this has been encouraged the scholars of the Indian subcontinent to translate the books of Islamic studies and heritage, which enabled general public to understand directly instead of learning the other language before benefiting from those books. It is also a fact that different reasons had enhanced the translation movement which enriched the Urdu language with ancient, modern sciences and knowledge as the Qur’anic sciences have received great attention from the scholars of Indian subcontinent who have translated books written in Arabic and Persian. Besides the authorship in the science of the Qur’an in Urdu and Arabic, the scholars of the Indian subcontinent have translated a number of Arabic books that have been written in this great field, which helped many new authors to write about the science of the Noble Qur’an in Urdu. On the basis of it, we can say that these Urdu translations contributed to the establishment of Quranic sciences in the Urdu language. I mention here, for example, not limited, some of these books, which are considered authentic references in this subject, and some of them are set in the curricula of Islamic universities and Islamic schools Madaris.
