معاشرتی مثبت رویوں کے فروغ میں فقہی اختلاف کاتوسع

Abstract

We are Muslims, obedient to Allah, our Lord, Messenger, religion, and the Kaaba are all one.  There is no disagreement with which the entire Ummah is unanimous.  It also implies that we are an Ummah.  As far as the epistemic differences are concerned, the companions of Holy prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) have existed from time to time, and those differences are merely merits, etc.  The researcher to whom the view was known in the light of his knowledge preferred it, but did not give the second view a false interpretation.  If there was a need for discussion, he spoke it with the utmost literature and with scholarly support. So we should apply this manner, which eliminates the violence and prejudice and corruption created by the Muslim Ummah based on partition.
