In this Article, an attempt has been made by a renowned religious scholar of Syria Sheikh
Nasirudin Albany (who is counted one of the contemporary Muhaddis) to offer a detached
evolution of objection raised on him. And it is proved that in correction with his research in
Hadith some of those objections are absolutely baseless and are fist an outcome of jealousy,
whereas some are well founded in fact. In matter of fact, to err is human, so at some places
Sheikh Albany has committed mistakes but keeping in view such ones is nothing but to
humiliate or degrade him or try to declare all his research work as insignificant and impotent
which is categorically un-Islamic tradition. However, such mistakes should be highlighted so that
others could keep themselves away. But that inhbing should be such as is objective and is not
meant to be derogatory. Moreover, one gets disciplined in that total argument to it inevitable as it
is not necessary to be unqualified correction of it. Thus, benefit from it, but to label it as an tend
in itself and blind following is not laudable.
