Ensuring Good Hygiene practices in food safety is paramount to prevent foodborne illnesses. This Article explores the critical aspects of maintaining hygiene in food handling, preparation and storage. Topics include personal hygiene of proper situation of surfaces and equipment, food handlers and the significance of hand washing. Emphasis is placed on contamination and the role of hygiene in preventing cross the transmission of harmful pathogens.
