Monotheism, although is a characteristic of the revealed religions yet this concept is present
somehow in every religion of the world. There are a number of qualities attached with the
concept of the personality of lord. These attributes actually influence their followers. In the
history of Greek civilization, the germs of the lust of beauty and vulgarity have been entered
through the Greek mythology. In the same way, the stories of the godly love, which are related to
Sri-Krishan in worldly manner, badly affected the Hindu morality and literature which are
certainly unhidden from a visionary. In comparison to this whole situation, however revealed
religions seem to be at higher level and even among these, it is the prominent characteristic of
Islam that it has purified the Divine qualities from Jewish and Christian concepts of simile and
personification. Islam put forward these characteristics as a highest moral objective. This essay
has been extracted from the Muslim scholarly thoughts which are based upon the study of
impacts of Divine qualities on human character and morality
