Abstract
شریعت اسلامی ایک منظم نظام ہے جو عقائد، عبادات، اور معاملات کے تمام پہلوؤں کا احاطہ کرتا ہے۔ اس کے فقہی مذاہب اور دینی فکریات میں جو روشنی نظر آتی ہے، وہ انفرادی اور اجتماعی زندگی کے لیے رہنمائی فراہم کرنے میں معاون ثابت ہوتی ہے۔
یہ فقہی مذاہب، جو مختلف فکری اور جغرافیائی پس منظر میں ابھرے، نہ صرف دینی اصولوں کی وضاحت کرتے ہیں بلکہ معاشرتی ضرورتوں کے تحت مختلف قوانین و ضوابط بھی مہیا کرتے ہیں۔
یہ مضمون ان مذاہب کی فکری اور تاریخی اساسات پر روشنی ڈالنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے، ان اسباب اور حالات کو بیان کرتا ہے جنہوں نے ان کے ارتقاء میں کردار ادا کیا۔ فقہی مذاہب کی بنیادیں دینی احکام کے تفصیلی فہم اور اجتہادی اصولوں پر قائم ہیں، جو اسلامی تہذیب کو منظم انداز میں استوار کرنے میں مددگار ثابت ہوئے۔
