عہد نبوی اور خلفاء ابوبکر و عمر میں غیر مسلم معابد— تحقیقی جائزہ
Abstract
بی کریم ﷺ اور اسلام کے بنیادی اصولوں میں سے یہ عظمت انسانی اور حق تعلیم تھی۔ جس پر مبنی معاہدوں میں غیر مسلموں کے (ظاہر شدہ یا واضح شدہ) معابد کو محفوظ رکھا گیا۔ اسلام مراد یہ دین ہے جو دنیا کے غیر مسلموں کے معابد کے حقوق کا بھی ضامن ہے۔ انسانی فطرت کا تقاضا ہوتا ہے کہ معابد کا تحفظ ہو تاکہ عبادات، ثقافت، اور معاشرتی افعال آزاد ہوں۔ یہ ایک تحقیق کے تحت ثابت ہوتا ہے۔
"لا اکراہ فی الدین" (1)
یعنی دین کے بارے میں کوئی زبردستی نہیں۔
