Ibn Hazm’s monumental and polemical nature work, “Al-Fisal fi al-Milal wa al-Ahwa’ wa al-Nihal” serves as his introduction in the discipline of Ilm-al-Kalam (Muslim Dialectical Theology). The article is aimed at highlighting critical approach, logical style, comparative methodology, linguistic qualities and drawbacks of Ibn Hazm’s writing about the belief system of five Jewish schisms. Ibn Hazm’s objectives of writing on non-Islamic beliefs were to prove dominance of Islam as sole intact religion over all other religions. Being pioneer Muslim Comparative Religionist, he has developed proper canons for the narration as well as criticism at other religious traditions. The tract he has provided on Jews, is based upon the sources of reading from their religious books and meetings with Jewish scholars for intellectual discourses. Without any doubt his critical expressions are mostly harsh and order of book contents is difficult to consult due to less organized information.
