Abstract

The survival  and  integration  of family life is the basic concerns  of the Islamic system of life .And  provides the comprehensive teachings to strengthen the family life and make matrimonial relations even happier. But if   any kind of   outbreak, bitterness   or lack of  mental harmony may arise in the marriage life, in such cases, Islam justifies the divorce or the khullah, even though it is unwelcome. The growing pace of divorce & khullah,  in Pakistan is a matter  of worry for every sensible man. Thither are many reasons of khullah in Pakistan and  one of the greatest  reasons for the increasing rate  in the khullah,   is the one-sided judicial decision. This article is a humble attempt to analyze the   study of the one-sided judicial, the powers of judges and family court systems of Pakistan.
