According to Shāh Walī-Allāh, five verses have been abrogated by Almighty Allah in the Holy Qur’ān. Although Shāh Walī-Allāh has mentioned the Qur’ānic abrogated verses, but not with clarity. Muslim scholars attempted their best to know the stance of Shāh Walī-Allāh about the abrogated verses, but they could not reach at numinous point. Every scholar attempted to determine five abrogated verses, but unfortunately they have adverse opinion to each other. In this article, an attempt has been made to determine the above said abrogated verses with the help of Shāh Walī-Allāh’s books other than al-Faūz al-Kabīr. In my opinion, following verses have been marked abrogated by Shāh Walī-Allāh: 2:180, 2:240, 8:65, 33:52, and 58:12.
